Refund Policy
Refund Applicable
- Full refund for wrong registration or registration made by mistake, upon written request to the Conference Secretariat (dte2025@smit.smu.edu.in).
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment mode within 30–45 working days after approval.
No Refund
- On paper rejection.
- After receiving the reviewers’ response, irrespective of acceptance or rejection status.
- For cancellations within 15 days before the conference (on or after 30 October 2025).
- For participants who fail to attend the conference without prior intimation.
